Bilderberg attending Ken Clarke causes a future constitutional crisis for Her Majesty The Queen
We really, seriously dislike Secretary of State for Justice Ken Clarke. He is the man that was questioned by a Parliamentary Standards panel over his attendance at a Bilderberg conference, when such dark and sinister machinations were still believed to belong in the realm of 'conspiracy theory' fantasy.

Some conspiracy 'theory', when documents about it are freely available on the Parliament website.

That this Bilderberg attendee should be so rabidly pro-EU and would have long since sold us down the single euro currency abyss, left to his own devices, is another source of our intense dislike.

And now he's placing himself and his office at what SHOULD be a major constitutional crisis.

Should be, but probably won't be, as these people just do not care about what is lawful anymore. They act with impunity.

According to the front page of The Times (£), plans are afoot to axe the right to trial by jury - adding that the "measure is being examined for inclusion in a White Paper next month".

Yet should Her Majesty The Queen ever give Royal Assent to such a detail, a major constitutional crisis would exist. For in approving any such proposal, Her Majesty The Queen would have breached her contract with the people, to uphold the laws and customs of the people of this country.

That she approved so much European Union legislation has many in lawful rebellion under the security clause of Magna Carta. What on earth would be the outcome of this?

Major conflicts that are the hallmark of English history over hundreds of years have been fought over less a sin than seeking to deliberately and wilfully attack our constitution thus!

So utterly sinful are the machinations of the Bilderberg attendee's department that, while we disagree with his end conclusions, The Guardian's Henry Porter is even making an appeal to our English constitution and the Magna Carta to save us from Ken Clarke.

Yet the biggest issue is this. If Ken Clarke presents this plan to Parliament and Parliament should take it to Her Majesty The Queen for Royal Assent, we have a major constitutional crisis.

The right to trial by jury is a major plank of Her Majesty's contract with the people and, should such a right be jettisoned contrary to Her Majesty's Oath, that contract is broken.

At the same time, Her Majesty would be in a very difficult position should she refuse Royal Assent to a Bill from Parliament.

This really is the makings of a huge constitutional crisis and the best anyone can hope for to avert it is that David Cameron sacks his Bilderberg attending minister before he pushes us down a road where the people and their Monarch are in further conflict.

If the Buckingham Palace mailbag was bulging with affidavits over the Lisbon Treaty, they won't have seen anything yet. Even The Guardian is on the same hymn sheet as we "right wing" bloggers on this one.

There may be trouble ahead.
