Greece: How the BBC and Sky conspired - yet failed - to keep the British people ignorant
There is a funny little chap, calls himself 'Foreign Secretary', who flies around the world imposing no-fly zones and regime change in the name of 'democracy' and 'the will of the people'.

Despite repeatedly pushing him about this matter via Twitter (where he tends to ignore those of us who pay his wages and instead seems to dedicate his life to giving our money away to people in the four corners of the globe), William Hague STILL has absolutely f--- all to say about Greek authorities gassing their own people while an unelected EU 'technocrat' for Prime Minister imposes his will against the wishes of the people; sacking anyone who stands in his way.

Now, it could be that William Hague has nothing to say about the Greek people being gassed by an unelected dictator because they plan to use chemical weapons and nerve agents against British people, here, on British soil. No, not an Alex Jones or David Icke story. A report from The Independent, as it happens.

On the other hand, it could just be that William Hague is clueless and, if so, he probably joins a large number of the public at large for which the BBC and Sky News must take responsibility... or credit, if you - in fact - are an enemy of democracy and the will of the people.

From late morning yesterday, the events in Athens unfolded live before the eyes of the world until Athens was burning. We heard the sound of gas canisters, saw the smoke from chemical weapon discharges... and witnessed an incredibly brave population refusing to be bend at command. They stood their ground and, in places, left their would-be-controllers with such a state of futility that they resorted to throwing stones at a public so truly outraged.

Yet the public here in Britain, were they tuning in to BBC or Sky News, we treated to the (admittedly terribly saddening) news of Whitney Houston's death which, itself, ceded news dominance for the glitz and glamour of sparkly frocks on the BAFTA red carpet.

Even high profile employees of the two organisations concerned were seen - alongside those of us 'awake' and paying attention - on Twitter, exclaiming outrage and indignation that the serious happenings in Athens and throughout Greece (by all accounts) were ignored in favour of celebrity, trivial pap.

We looked from computer monitor showing Athens as a war zone to British news broadcasters intense concern with sparkling dresses... and thought we had stepped with Alice into Wonderland.

How outrageous - to be so enthralled by the European Union (which is what this is) - that the plight and suffering of the Greek people was airbrushed out of existence.

How offensive to the British people that our two primary news broadcasters insulted the public's intelligence so.

That so many of us were watching the events unfolding in Greece via the internet, however, meant that - ultimately - the broadcasters who conspired to keep us in the dark emerge covered in a dark shroud of shame.

We now know the game. Yet, alas! What a shame! We who are awake have witnessed the agenda to brainwash people into subservient ignorance as it shamelessly attempted to steal attention from people in their homes.

This is ultimate failure. All over the world, we were watching and standing in solidarity with the people of Greece.

All over the world, people read condemnation from ordinary members of the British public, angered that our own news broadcasters were deceiving through omission that which they do not want to make known.

And the fact is that, all over Europe, people are witnessing and awakening to the tyranny under which we now live.

What we who watched online know from yesterday is this:

Greece is the birthplace of democracy. Democracy lies stabbed and wounded in a gutter in downtown Athens. Yet this is not the death of democracy. What we witnessed in the courage of the people yesterday was bravery.

As the people of Athens walk the smouldering, smoke filled debris of their streets this morning, we are sure that they will continue to courageously ensure that - in their own country - democracy will rise, phoenix like, from the ashes to rebirth.
