Ingredients

2 lb. crumbled Feta cheese 1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup diced green onions 1 lb. cracked green olives
1 tbl. rosemary 1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme 2 strips orange peel
Pita bread
Directions
Mix Feta cheese with an electric mixer. Add green onions then 3/4 cup olive oil. In a seperate bowl, rinse olives. Stir in 1/4 cup olive oil. Add thyme, oregano, orange peel and rosemary. Marinate for 2 hours in a dark place. Serve spread chilled on pita bread with olives.
